Designed for anybody working with the young, requiring a first aid qualification that meets the standards, laid out in the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This course also meets the needs of Ofsted. Therefore, it is suitable for Child minders, Nursery and School staff (dealing with Foundation Stage). The Course will cover first aid theory, which will focus primarily on babies & children. This is an enjoyable & relaxed course in the comfort of your own familiar surroundings with an emphasis on student interaction, whilst being instructed by a specialist medical professional with relevant baby & infant first aid experience.
There is no final assessment at the end of this course. Students are continually assessed throughout the 2 days and those students who complete the 2 days training and reach the required standard will receive a certificate enabling them to carry out first aid at work Pediatrics for a period of 3 years.
